Project Brief
A new £11.5 million building built to the front of the existing school to include a national standard sports hall, movement hall, drama studio, main hall, dining and learning facilities as well as a range of classrooms, whilst allowing the Academy to continue to operate.
The existing school was unaffected during the duration of the works requiring close co-operation between the main contractor, the school and GECON to design and manage clearly defined pedestrian and plant access routes.
