Project Brief
A three storey new build steel framed building catering for 230 Special Educational Needs (SEN) children, to replace the old dilapidated community building.
Part of the Priority School Building Programme.
Works Performed
- All crushed material kept on site for reuse.
- Deep fill old basements/cellars.
- Foundations and bases.
- Drainage – foul and storm.
- Ground floor slab, external works and hard landscaping.
The site was surrounded on all sides by private housing requiring dust and noise pollution to be kept to a minimum.
