A £10 million contract on a new type of college where the curriculum was designed by employers Rolls Royce, Jaguar Land Rover, National Grid to reflect the world of work and enable students to gain a qualification.

GECON carried out the full groundworks package from site clearance to ground floor level.

Due to the nature of the ground the building was constructed on reinforced concrete piles.

A feature of the project was the storm water attenuation system which involved the construction of a multiple swale system.
