Project Brief

A new £9 million special needs school close to Daventry Town Centre on a green field site forming part of Daventry District Councils Learning Quarter plan.

The site is on a steep incline requiring Larsen sheet piles retaining the higher level.

Works Performed

  • Cut and fill split level foundations & pads for stanchions
  • Waste disposal
  • Drainage including 250m of 300mm wrapped
  • Perforated land drain and 400m2 triton attenuation tank
  • Rebar, formwork and concrete to ground floor slabs
  • Service excavations
  • Hydrotherapy pool
  • Car park
  • Edgings, kerbing and slabbing.
