Project Brief
The expansion of the existing Birmingham primary school undertook by a repeat client including the construction of a new building and the refurbishment and demolition of the existing school building.
This construction consisted of various phases of demolition and groundworks – working closely with the client due to the awkward nature of the site.
Works Performed
- Complete groundworks package from foundations & bases to finished floor slabs.
- Complete drainage package
- Electric service ducts and pits.
- Car park construction.
- Finishing works including Kerbs, edgings, and slabs.
