Phase 1 involved the construction of the new school on the site of the old demolished building GECON works included:

Block and beam flooring (part)
Rebar formwork concrete to traditional ground floor
Service trench

Keels, slabs, edgings
Car park
Deep fill old basements

Shared access routes with teachers, pupils and the public.
GECON liaised with teachers and the school to maintain and manage safe, clearly defined routes for all.
