With a budget of £87 million, 103 Colmore Row is the tallest commercial building in Birmingham. At 346ft high, with the apex 807ft above sea level, it is the tallest new office building outside of London. The 26 storey building includes a top floor rooftop restaurant and a 3,000 sq ft balcony terrace at floor 18 overlooking the Council House, Victoria Square and beyond providing spectacular views of the city.
