Project Brief

VINCI Construction UK undertook the £27m contract by Northampton County Council to deliver Northampton International Academy, converting the former Royal Mail Sorting Office. The academy will comprise of a primary school, secondary school including 6th form, as well as a private nursery, cafe, gym, potential retail and residential units. External works include the creation of new pedestrian and cycle access, construction of a new single storey external deck to provide additional car parking and outdoor recreational space including new floodlit multi-use games areas.
