Project Brief
This £30 million scheme, funded by the Department for Education, will eventually house 1,500 students at secondary and post-16 level. Constructed on a large greenfield site to facilitate a new build housing estate near the area.
The state-of-the-art building is made up of two teaching wings stemming from the main building. Externally, the project consists of a comprehensive drainage system; sports pitches and recreational facilities; dedicated safe access points such as parking and pedestrian links.
The project was ready for the school to open its doors to its first cohort of pupils in September 2023.

- Complete groundworks package from foundations & bases to finished floor slabs.
- Complete drainage package
- Electric service ducts and pits.
- Attenuation tank excavation.
- MUGA construction.
- Construction of feature amphitheatre in schools courtyard.
- Car park construction including EVCP.
- Finishing works including Kerbs, edgings, and slabs.
