Lime stabilisation of the ground negated the need for piling saving time and money.
A steel framed building consisting of two wings and a central core. Housing 600 staff, focusing on Tatas engineering support services as well as research and development in the automotive, aerospace and industrial machinery sectors.

- Complete groundworks package from foundations/bases to finished floor.
- Drainage including attenuation tank using grate system.
